Ingredients:
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Vinegar/lemon juice
1 tbsp Oil
Ginger Slices
1 tbsp Vinegar/lemon juice
1 tbsp Oil
Ginger Slices
Garlic Slices
1/2 tbsp Chilly flakes (optional)
1/2 tbsp Chilly flakes (optional)
1/2 KG Chicken Breast piece
Keep the ingredients ready
Take a bowl,
Add 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Vinegar/lemon juice
Ginger Slices (few thin slices)
Garlic Slices (few thin slices)
1/2 tbsp Chilly flakes (optional)
Mix it well and Keep it aside
Sprinkle flour on the chicken breast piece
(All-purpose flour or cornflour)
Pat flour on both sides of the chicken.
Take a frying pan
Add 1 tbsp Oil - med-high heat
Add chicken
Fry it for 5 minutes on each side of the chicken
Let it turn a golden brown color
Add prepared sauce
Cook till sauce reduces (both sides)
Separate the chicken from the sauce to a plate/cutting board
Slice the cooked chicken when it is hot.
In the same pan add 2-3 tbsp water to the leftover sauce and bring it to boil.
Add sliced chicken pieces and mix it well for 2-3 minutes.
It's ready to serve as a starter or with rice.
